Complete sales paperwork accurately, maximize revenue with effective selling techniques and add-ons, maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising, and collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure pricing accuracy and a high-quality customer experience.

Provide exceptional, emotionally aware customer service in a showroom. Engage customers with emotive storytelling, identify and close sales, maintain accurate records, process orders, and support showroom presentation and merchandising to exceed sales targets.

Handle loading/unloading of containers and trucks, pick/pack and palletise stock, label and document goods, maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness, perform quality checks, and follow WHS and safety procedures while coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries.
