Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, apply pesticides if certified, and follow safety regulations. Work as part of a team, meet presentation standards, and perform routine repetitive tasks to uphold site quality.

Skilled landscapers to join softworks and hardworks teams on projects around South Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Deliver high-quality workmanship, follow health and safety practices, work productively as part of a team, and contribute to prestigious landscaping projects. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30.

Manage and deliver forestry contracts and client woodland management plans, secure permissions and grants, market timber, brief contractors, conduct health and safety audits, support business development, and advise on agroforestry, carbon initiatives and Continuous Cover Forestry.
