The role requires California pavement expertise, project and contract management, technical leadership, and travel to clients and field sites. Relocation to Richmond, California is required.

Administer multi-state payroll, employee benefits, leave programs, HRIS data, compliance activities, and employee support. Responsibilities include payroll audits, tax filings, deductions, garnishments, benefits enrollment, ACA and COBRA administration, insurance reconciliation, open enrollment, FMLA and disability leave tracking, and employee communications. The role maintains confidential records, supports audits and reporting, and coordinates with accounting, managers, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
