Own the registered student experience from post-registration activation through enrollment. Lead lifecycle engagement, re-engagement messaging, personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and retention across web and app experiences. Use data, user research, and AI-enabled products to improve student value while generating insights for college partners. Define strategy, metrics, and cross-functional roadmaps across product, marketing, design, and other teams.

Lead engineering for Partner Experience across Partner Acquisition & Delivery and Partner Reporting & Insights. Own team health, technical strategy, delivery velocity, and AI-native engineering adoption. Partner with product leadership on roadmap, coach engineering managers, drive architecture and resourcing decisions, and measure AI-augmented velocity while delivering partner onboarding, quoting, lead delivery, and reporting systems.

Run day-to-day revenue operations supporting sales, support, and implementation teams. Drive sales process adoption, own pipeline review rhythm, manage SFDC data governance and support cases, coordinate onboarding, produce operational reporting, and support post-sale renewal workflows in partnership with CS and AM.
