Drives profitable growth through NICE’s partner ecosystem by managing strategic relationships, developing joint business plans, creating sales opportunities, leading partner enablement, and executing cross-functional growth initiatives. The role expands adoption of NICE products and services, monitors partner performance, achieves revenue and pipeline targets, resolves partner issues, and supports global partnerships through industry engagement and strategic planning.

Leads strategic GSI alliances across Southeast Asia, developing executive relationships, joint business plans, partner practices, certified delivery capacity, co-selling opportunities, and pipeline. Collaborates with sales, marketing, product, services, and customer success teams to drive partner-led deployments, customer outcomes, and revenue growth. Represents regional insights in the global alliance program and tracks pipeline, bookings, certifications, and joint wins.

Lead NiCE’s strategic alliances with major Japanese and global systems integrators. Build executive relationships, develop joint business plans and partner practices, expand certified delivery capacity, drive co-sell pipeline and joint pursuits, coordinate cross-functional campaigns and enablement, support successful deployments, represent Japan in the global GSI program, and report on alliance performance. The role requires strong understanding of systems integrator economics, Japanese enterprise relationships, and fluent Japanese and English.
