Drive global HR Operations process improvement, employee lifecycle transactions, data governance, HR system enhancements, service delivery metrics, and operational excellence. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Shared Services teams to optimize workflows, maintain accurate employee records, develop SOPs and governance controls, and improve employee experience through technology, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Leads end-to-end delivery of client implementation and rollout projects across a portfolio of accounts. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, issues, resources, communications, procurement, revenue forecasting, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates geographically diverse technical and business teams, facilitates steering meetings, serves as a trusted client advisor, and identifies opportunities for additional services in partnership with sales.

Leads end-to-end implementation and service delivery projects for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include project planning, scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, issue, resource, procurement, revenue forecasting, stakeholder, and customer satisfaction management. The role leads geographically distributed teams, facilitates steering meetings, serves as the client’s trusted advisor, ensures timely project closure, improves delivery methodology, and identifies opportunities for additional services sales.
