Lead and develop a Solutions Sales team for AML across the Americas, drive pipeline and bookings, enable value-based selling, support complex enterprise deals, partner cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy, and provide market and competitive insights to grow AML business.

Lead and manage multiple customer-facing software implementation programs across EMEA, ensure timely delivery, commercial success, risk and scope control, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Develop, test, and maintain NiCE CXone platform features across all tiers. Implement unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver reporting-focused projects.
