Leads complex partner implementation projects, including configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, onboarding, troubleshooting, and readiness. Provides expert technical support, drives root-cause analysis and systemic fixes, establishes implementation standards, and guides transitions to steady-state support. Coaches Implementation Engineers, develops technical playbooks and enablement materials, advises Partner Success teams, leads executive business reviews, and advocates for product enhancements. Requires strong cross-functional influence, communication, and expertise in APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise deployments.

Manage and continuously improve AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, container platforms, monitoring, and operational processes. Build pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions; automate deployments using Terraform and Docker; optimize AWS environments for scalability, security, reliability, and cost; troubleshoot performance and availability issues; and collaborate with R&D, QA, Security, and Operations teams. The role also promotes cloud best practices, FinOps, AI-assisted automation, and SaaS platform reliability.

Designs, develops, deploys, and optimizes AI-enabled software and data infrastructure using Python and Scala. Responsibilities include building AI assistant tooling, maintaining code quality and security, collaborating on product development, coordinating releases, and managing scalable cloud-based systems. The role requires experience with big data technologies, AWS services, Kafka, Kubernetes, Snowflake, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL.
