Develops and deploys predictive, generative, and classical machine learning models for fraud prevention. Responsibilities include end-to-end analytics, data preprocessing, model evaluation, statistical analysis, business problem translation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior data scientists. The role requires expertise in Python or R, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and production model deployment, with preferred experience in cloud platforms, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and financial services.

Leads end-to-end technical documentation for complex enterprise software across multiple Actimize product lines. Partners with developers, subject matter experts, and product managers to create user guides, API documentation, contextual help, videos, and visual aids. Translates technical specifications into user-focused content, aligns documentation with Agile releases, mentors contributors, and improves technical communication processes.

Design and build enterprise AI solutions from prototype through production, including agents, RAG pipelines, integrations, APIs, and workflow automations. Partner with business teams to translate operational needs into scalable software. Apply software development lifecycle practices, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, responsible AI, cost tracking, documentation, and support processes. Improve launched solutions through feedback and share reusable patterns across the incubation team.
