Own the Accounting & Control IT product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and release planning. Translate finance business needs into epics and user stories, guide delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure secure, compliant solutions. Support accounting systems, ETL processes, financial reporting, BAU operations, and integration with the ABN AMRO technical landscape. The role requires strong banking finance knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, IT application management expertise, and understanding of banking regulations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable data solutions on a cloud data platform. Build DBT models and Python transformations, design and optimize pipelines, ensure data quality with automated testing and observability (Soda or similar), migrate legacy solutions, document models and logic, and support continuous improvement of analytics engineering practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric data products and semantic models. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, migrate legacy BI (including SAP Business Objects) to Fabric/Power BI, enforce governance and security, support workspace/app lifecycle and CI/CD, and mentor users to drive adoption and best practices.
