Maintain and improve NIBC’s centralized Azure Cloud Data Platform. Design, develop, and operate infrastructure using Terraform, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, dbt, and Python Azure Functions. Automate repetitive tasks, resolve pipeline issues, improve data quality, and ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and compliance. Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams while supporting integration with ABN AMRO systems during the merger and maintaining documentation and architectural decisions.

Own the Accounting & Control IT product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and release planning. Translate finance business needs into epics and user stories, guide delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure secure, compliant solutions. Support accounting systems, ETL processes, financial reporting, BAU operations, and integration with the ABN AMRO technical landscape. The role requires strong banking finance knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, IT application management expertise, and understanding of banking regulations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable data solutions on a cloud data platform. Build DBT models and Python transformations, design and optimize pipelines, ensure data quality with automated testing and observability (Soda or similar), migrate legacy solutions, document models and logic, and support continuous improvement of analytics engineering practices.
