Analyzes provider charging, claims, utilization, and performance data to identify cost drivers, outliers, sustainable pricing patterns, and network improvement opportunities. Builds models and scenarios for network design, pricing reviews, negotiations, business cases, and cost management. Translates complex and incomplete data into clear commercial insights and practical recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
