Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers to define strategies, build candidate pipelines, run screens, manage offers and ATS records, and improve inclusive hiring processes during a 6-month SF on-site contract.

Lead delivery of high-fidelity 3D reconstruction PoCs, engage enterprise customers, evaluate multi-sensor capture workflows, drive technical improvements (Gaussian splatting, meshing, hybrid neural representations), define quality metrics and benchmarks, and influence product and research priorities to scale real-time photorealistic reconstructions.

Manage complex programs for developing customer-facing geospatial technologies. Oversee the program lifecycle, coordinate with teams, and ensure successful deployment.
