Manage and maintain core IT systems and endpoints, troubleshoot incidents across multiple locations, support cloud migrations and security upgrades, deploy/manage workstations and MDM, administer AD/Entra ID and networking protocols, manage server rooms and enterprise appliances, document changes, automate tasks, and partner with lab teams and vendors to ensure reliable operations.

Manage and maintain the QMS (Cloudtheapp), including forms, workflows, training, document control, change management, and dashboards. Lead internal audits and weekly change meetings, create specifications and labels, review CofAs and batch records, support management review, and assist with investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.

Lead global logistics strategy and execution across transportation, warehousing, import/export compliance, cold chain, and 3PL operations. Drive cost optimization, TMS/WMS/EDI integrations, S&OP collaboration, KPI reporting, contingency planning, and continuous improvement while managing and developing the logistics team.
