Support the CMO by coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing presentations, researching industry trends, maintaining the marketing roadmap, tracking KPIs, improving workflows, organizing leadership meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to roll out branding and strategic initiatives.

Lead and manage end-to-end Workers' Compensation ADR program administration, oversee stakeholders (TPA, carriers, unions, medical providers), ensure efficient claims handling and compliance, maintain ADR claims database and enrollments, onboard clients, support marketing and approval processes, supervise ADR team, and travel occasionally for site meetings and conferences.

8–10 week summer internship supporting wealth management: assist with financial planning, portfolio construction and reviews, reconcile financial data, conduct investment research, review 529 plans, and present research findings. Includes training, mentoring, and potential pathway to full-time Associate role.
