Design electrical and electronic aftermarket components for buses and coaches (EV and ICE). Revise schematics and wiring diagrams, perform electrical testing and troubleshooting, implement ECOs, support product launches, investigate field failures, write installation instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Create and deliver multimedia assets (print, digital, social, video) to support branding and marketing. Manage websites, social media, suppliers, trade-show support, product launches, and weekly team meetings. Maintain brand standards, organize media assets, prepare final files, and travel quarterly to ARBOC locations.
