Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems, storage, backup, hardware, applications, and infrastructure in a 24×7 data center environment. Resolve critical incidents and escalations, maintain availability and SLA compliance, support L1 teams, document procedures, and drive automation and service improvements. The role requires expertise in Linux, networking, storage, scripting, containers, orchestration, backup technologies, and infrastructure management.

Drive revenue growth among India-based AI-native startups, unicorns, soonicorns, and early-stage disruptors. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, managing end-to-end sales processes, developing GTM strategies, nurturing founder and executive relationships, positioning AI cloud solutions, monitoring market opportunities, and optimizing sales funnels using CRM tools and analytics.
