Teams at Nexus Valve, Inc.

Leads Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Management teams while overseeing complex customer orders, field-service activities, and issue resolution. Coordinates cross-functional execution with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping. Drives projects, manages escalations, improves service processes, and ensures customer requirements and commitments are met. The role supervises employees, supports technical customer needs, and may require occasional travel to customer sites, construction jobsites, OEM factories, and meetings.
