Leads instrumentation and control systems engineering for EPC projects, including detailed design, P&IDs, instrument specifications, sizing, loop drawings, wiring, control narratives, and system interfaces. Manages project deliverables, schedules, budgets, vendor evaluations, and technical quality. Supports field work, construction, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and client interactions while mentoring engineers and serving as a technical authority.

Lead large, multidisciplinary chemicals and refining projects from planning through commissioning. Own schedules, budgets, risks, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and client relationships while coordinating engineers, contractors, procurement, and construction teams. Serve as the primary client contact, report financial performance, identify cost savings, and mentor team members. Periodic travel to client and project sites is required, with work split between office and active construction environments.

Creates electrical designs and technical drawings for power distribution, one-line diagrams, schematics, interconnection diagrams, lighting, grounding, heat tracing, conduit and cable schedules, and electrical details. Ensures designs meet client expectations and applicable codes and standards. Performs field investigations and measurements, uses CAD tools, independently checks work, and supports EPCm projects.
