Grinds, sands, cleans, and polishes dumpsters, metal parts, and equipment using hand and power tools. Selects abrasives, measures and marks workpieces, inspects finished products, records processing data, transfers materials, applies chemicals, maintains equipment, sharpens grinding tools, and repairs or reshapes metal components. The role requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, shift flexibility, overtime availability, and work in a warehouse or shop environment.

Manages customer collections and retention activities, including resolving past-due balances, negotiating payment plans, handling disputes and bankruptcy accounts, processing cancellations, coordinating field representatives, renewing agreements, and addressing customer concerns. Maintains detailed account records, routes departmental tasks, reports customer insights, and supports service retention through high-volume bilingual communication.

Performs commercial truck and heavy-equipment tire installation, balancing, rotation, repair, inspection, maintenance, retread-quality monitoring, warranty review, and road-call response. Operates a service vehicle, maintains tire records, follows OSHA and safety requirements, and works outdoors while handling heavy objects and tires. Requires at least five years of commercial tire technician experience, a valid Texas driver license, weekend availability, and the ability to work independently.

Manage daily fabrication shop operations, including building and repairing dumpsters, welding fleet equipment, controlling inventory, scheduling work orders, and inspecting quality. Lead, train, and evaluate fabrication staff while maintaining tools, materials, safety, OSHA compliance, and accurate production records. Coordinate with sales, operations, and maintenance teams to support inventory availability, customer needs, and fleet readiness.
