Manages customer retention and collections activities, including delinquent account research, payment arrangements, disputes, cancellations, renewals, and service terminations. Handles high-volume customer communications, coordinates field representatives, routes departmental tasks, maintains account records, manages bankruptcy and NSF cases, and prepares legal documents when needed. Builds customer relationships, resolves complaints, reports customer insights, and supports retention goals.

Oversees daily fabrication shop operations, including dumpster construction, repairs, welding on diesel trucks, inventory control, scheduling, quality inspections, equipment maintenance, and OSHA compliance. Leads, trains, and evaluates fabrication staff and welders while coordinating with sales, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain fleet readiness and meet customer demands.

Performs commercial truck and heavy-equipment tire installation, balancing, rotation, repair, inspection, maintenance, retread-quality monitoring, warranty review, and road-call response. Operates a service vehicle, maintains tire records, follows OSHA and safety requirements, and works outdoors while handling heavy objects and tires. Requires at least five years of commercial tire technician experience, a valid Texas driver license, weekend availability, and the ability to work independently.
