Test voice assistants for digital home appliances using manual and automated approaches. Create and maintain automation test cases, execute tests, log defects, analyze results, and compile reports. Review test plans, lead a small tester team, and work cross-functionally. Must be fluent in Korean and English and have strong Swift expertise (Python desirable); familiarity with mobile, wearables, and Korea geography required.

Provide application maintenance, system and business administrative services, and end-user support across multiple Windchill PLM instances and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Plan and support monthly Windchill maintenance/upgrades, resolve technical/functional and workflow issues, customize Windchill and automate CAD tools, maintain documentation, and mentor the support team across Japan, China, and India.

Lead SAP/Odoo implementation from requirements through go-live and post-go-live support. Perform fit/gap analysis, basic design, SAP customizing, test planning/support, cutover, user training, and stakeholder coordination across clients, internal, and overseas teams. Support functional specs and collaboration with development for ABAP/SAP BTP extensions.
