Apply mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and systems optimization to evaluate and improve NexusOne platform performance. Define and validate data requirements, analyze pipeline throughput and governance compliance, and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to modernize legacy systems (Spark/Airflow), enable AI pipelines, and recommend NexusOne configurations to meet performance, compliance, and AI readiness goals.

Embed as the daily technical authority inside a Tier 1 regulated customer to design, defend, and operate NX1 integrations across the data stack. Lead architecture reviews, design integration patterns (identity, CDC, governance, lineage, encryption), surface and qualify new workload opportunities for sales, produce defendable design docs, coordinate internal stakeholders, maintain executive relationships, and lead escalations and vendor governance.

The Product Operations Associate will support the product engineering team by organizing workflows, improving processes, and enhancing communication across teams to ensure effective product development and operational success.
