Maintain HR documentation and the Notion People Ops hub, assist with performance cycles and HR technology rollouts, and support compensation benchmarking and people reporting. The role partners with global People Operations and hiring managers in a fast-growing, cross-border organization.

Build and deploy production-grade enterprise data platform solutions for strategic customers. Responsibilities include developing integrations, data pipelines, platform extensions, migrations, and AI workflows; deploying and troubleshooting distributed systems on Kubernetes; navigating security, networking, governance, and infrastructure constraints; leading technical workstreams; enabling customer teams; and converting recurring field needs into reusable automation and product improvements.

Leads and develops a team of software engineers while balancing people management with technical leadership. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, roadmap planning, architecture and code-quality guidance, hiring, staffing, risk management, incident response, stakeholder communication, and cross-team engineering initiatives. The manager partners with product and engineering leadership to deliver reliable software and foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
