Serve as a senior IT resource administering the Nextworld Platform and cloud systems, resolve escalated incidents, build integrations, lead root cause fixes, manage security/compliance controls, drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and lead IT projects and vendor relationships across two product organizations.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Execute personalized multi-channel outreach, qualify prospects through discovery, maintain CRM accuracy, provide campaign feedback, and ensure high-quality handoffs to sales. Measured on qualified meetings, meeting hold rate, and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution.
