Own and expand customer relationships within an assigned territory, identify new parts-sales opportunities, coordinate orders and pricing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative partners with parts and service teams, attends trade shows and customer events, maintains accurate records, and represents Nextran professionally. Regular travel within a 300-mile radius is required, along with route planning, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of automotive or parts sales experience.

Sells GMC light-duty vehicles by engaging online and in-person customers, demonstrating vehicle features, explaining financing and service options, maintaining CRM pipelines, and following up after sales. Builds relationships through dealership traffic, calls, leads, trade shows, community events, and professional networks. Collaborates with dealership teams, stays current on inventory and promotions, and participates in ongoing training.

Leads talent acquisition across the Central Florida region by partnering with dealership and HR leaders, developing recruiting strategies, building candidate pipelines, managing hiring processes, and improving selection, onboarding, and retention. Recruits for skilled trade, operational, sales, leadership, and dealership roles while using recruiting technology and analytics to track hiring outcomes. Builds relationships with schools and industry organizations and supports internal talent development and succession planning.
