Teams at Nextracker

Provides CAD and mechanical design support for utility-scale solar projects. Develops tracker layouts, CAD blocks, mechanical and construction plan sets, foundations, bills of materials, and related engineering documentation. Reviews site conditions, supports product selection, value engineering, drafting standards, and design updates. Collaborates with engineering, sales, project management, and R&D teams globally, while learning topography and hydrology analysis for optimal tracker placement.

Leads Nextpower’s global product reliability strategy across design, validation, qualification, and field performance. Owns executive product risk governance, release decisions, reliability processes, financial risk integration, field performance monitoring, crisis response, and continuous improvement. Builds and scales a global reliability organization while aligning Engineering, Product, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Commercial teams. Requires extensive reliability engineering leadership experience in high-reliability, long-lifecycle industries, preferably solar or energy.

Leads the full lifecycle development of mixed-signal electronic hardware for embedded controllers, communications, motor drives, power converters, and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include architecture, schematic and PCB review, prototyping, debugging, validation, production release, field-failure analysis, reliability testing, supplier collaboration, documentation, and mentoring engineers.
