Manage US and global payroll operations, audit payroll accuracy, oversee payroll tax filings and compliance, resolve state tax discrepancies, manage payroll audits, improve processes and controls, participate in system testing and enhancements, and support and train payroll staff.

Leads the architecture, requirements, integration, validation, and optimization of control systems for utility-scale solar trackers. Designs motion-control, stow, and energy-optimization algorithms; coordinates hardware and software integration; develops test and verification plans; analyzes field and factory data; investigates anomalies; and supports FMEA activities to improve system safety, reliability, and performance.

Leads the design and delivery of mixed-signal electronic hardware for embedded controllers, communications, motor drives, power conversion, and industrial systems. Owns the PCBA lifecycle from architecture and schematic design through validation, production release, and field support. Responsibilities include debugging, EMI/EMC mitigation, reliability analysis, root-cause investigations, supplier and manufacturing collaboration, technical documentation, and mentoring engineers.
