Lead UK commercial strategy for Nextpower: develop relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers and EPCs; identify and close utility-scale PV and energy infrastructure deals; shape market narratives, policy engagement, and industry partnerships; provide market feedback to product and operations teams; represent the company at industry events and drive value-based positioning and adoption of tracker solutions.

Manage EU-based solar projects from purchase order to commissioning, ensuring safety (WHS), customer satisfaction, technical support for PV tracking systems, P&L ownership, logistics coordination, KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of direct reports.

Leads end-to-end M&A operations, including operational due diligence, integration strategy, carve-outs, governance, synergy tracking, and post-merger stabilization. Owns the global M&A playbook and serves as Integration Management Office lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Oversees budgets, KPIs, risk mitigation, change management, employee retention, customer continuity, and continuous improvement across complex transactions.
