Manage monthly close activities for the parent company and subsidiaries, reconcile costs, investigate variances, identify accruals, and coordinate external accounting partners. The role also supports VAT reporting, budgeting, management analysis, and NetSuite insights. A key focus is improving finance processes through automation, AI, reporting enhancements, and data-driven tools.

Analyze user behavior, churn, retention, and engagement to inform product strategy. Design and evaluate A/B tests, maintain dashboards and KPIs, and present actionable insights to product and leadership teams to improve engagement and retention.

Work on forecasting activations and new paying subscribers, support budgeting and ad-hoc analysis, build attribution and MMM models, optimize user funnels and A/B tests, and create dashboards and measurement frameworks to drive data-informed subscriber growth across Marketing, Product, and Business.
