The role also supports dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, contract administration, audits, reconciliations, and communication with federal program managers, task leads, contracting officers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Lead the design, deployment, operation, security, and optimization of HPC and cloud infrastructure supporting scientific research. Responsibilities include managing OpenHPC, Slurm, Warewulf, AWS, GPU environments, JupyterHub integrations, infrastructure automation, monitoring, patching, configuration control, system hardening, and federal RMF/ATO compliance across collaborative computing environments.

Lead end-to-end laboratory automation projects across pharmaceutical R&D, from requirements and business cases through implementation, validation, deployment, and operational handoff. Coordinate scientists, automation engineers, IT, data, quality, validation, procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting while ensuring GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Drive workflow optimization, system integration, standardization, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

Leads large, complex technical, scientific, research, or IT programs for Federal agencies. Manages cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, deliverables, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and multiple project areas. Supports Federal CORs, program managers, and technical stakeholders while leading executive briefings, governance meetings, and strategic planning. Requires extensive Federal program management experience, strong technical leadership, and advanced communication skills.
