Own the evolution of Nexthink’s next-generation platform, defining scalable capabilities for AI-powered experiences. Partner with engineering, architecture, data, and product teams to simplify configuration, deployment, and ongoing management. Translate complex technical initiatives into product vision, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and prioritization decisions. Drive cross-functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and align technical trade-offs with customer and business value for enterprise IT teams.

Leads Product Intelligence analytics, translating product usage and telemetry data into insights on adoption, retention, churn, upsell, and revenue. Owns semantic definitions, data quality, cataloging, governance, KPI design, and AI-ready analytics. Partners with Product and Engineering on instrumentation, data requirements, pipelines, and models. Presents recommendations to senior leadership and establishes analytics standards across the organization.

Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation solutions for customer infrastructure and system issues. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, automation design, script development and testing, workflow maintenance, documentation, API integrations, and legacy code improvements. The role requires strong PowerShell and Bash scripting, Python knowledge, Git experience, Office 365 automation, ServiceNow integration, and understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security.
