Uses topic-based and single-source methods and desktop publishing tools to produce developer, ISV, MDM partner, and support documentation.

Develop and maintain automated tests and regression suites using Java and Selenium WebDriver; write and fix test code, validate REST/SOAP services, work within Agile/TDD processes, and integrate tests with CI tools like Jenkins. Ensure coverage for new features and regression.
