Manages and grows customer accounts for enterprise security integration solutions. Responsibilities include business development, customer communication, project estimating, quotes and scopes of work, proposal development, account management, and coordination with operations and engineering teams. The role requires selling access control and video systems, managing multiple projects, networking with vendors, and occasional overnight or out-of-town travel.

Leads recruitment strategy and full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, employer branding, candidate experience, recruiting analytics, compliance, and agency relationships. Partners with leadership on workforce planning, builds pipelines for critical roles, improves hiring processes, and manages or mentors recruiters and sourcing specialists.

The role requires regular customer communication, project coordination, vendor networking, and independent work. Overnight and out-of-town travel may occasionally be required.
