Teams at NextGen Healthcare

Sell NextGen Healthcare products to new and existing key accounts within an assigned territory. Develop and execute sales plans and presentations, demonstrate products, answer customer questions, negotiate and close deals, maintain product knowledge, and meet quota while collaborating with internal teams.

Serve as primary client-facing technical resource for implementation and migration of hosted/cloud services. Troubleshoot server, storage, backup, network, and SQL database issues; monitor performance; run migrations and disaster recovery tests; manage Confluence knowledge base; coordinate handoffs to client success and support internal project management.

Provide engineering and technical support for customers and field staff on network and product issues. Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/intranet systems; install and upgrade network equipment and software; document configurations and processes; monitor performance; manage network assets; liaise with clients and vendors to resolve issues.
