Oversees service levels, escalations, technical projects, staffing, customer support, vendor coordination, process improvements, technology tools, licensing, and budget planning. Requires broad infrastructure expertise, advanced troubleshooting, team leadership, and experience in complex organizational environments, preferably healthcare or EHR settings.
