Owns product strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, and lifecycle management for ambulatory healthcare software products. Partners with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support teams to launch features, improve adoption, analyze performance, and achieve customer and business outcomes. The role focuses on EHR and practice management workflows, including clinical documentation, e-prescribing, scheduling, patient access, and revenue cycle. Mentors junior product managers and contributes to product management best practices.

Leads a client support operations team delivering technical and application support. Oversees staffing, coaching, service levels, escalations, performance metrics, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Platform, Client Success, and other teams to resolve complex client issues and improve service outcomes. Uses analytics to identify risks, trends, staffing needs, and process improvements while supporting operational readiness for products and releases.

Prepares federal, state, and local corporate tax returns, estimated payments, extensions, apportionment schedules, 1099 compliance, and ASC 740 tax provision documentation. Supports tax audits, researches tax laws and legislative changes, resolves tax notices, prepares tax journal entries, and maintains tax compliance software. Collaborates with accounting, management, external advisors, auditors, and taxing authorities while documenting tax controls.
