Lead procurement planning and execution for the TARS program, ensuring FAR and DHS compliance, managing sourcing, contract awards, subcontractor oversight, acquisition tracking, cost-efficiency, and reporting to senior leadership.

Provide senior engineering leadership for the TARS program supporting DHS: oversee systems integration, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, configuration management, logistics support, project scheduling, reports, and compliance with DHS/CBP, DoD, and industry standards.

The Software Engineer will develop and maintain STK-based applications, integrate with external tools, analyze simulation results, and provide software engineering support for mission analyses.
