Lead systems engineer for LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) simulation architecture. Oversee a multi-discipline team, plan and execute LVC events, integrate third-party tools, ensure HLA/DIS standards and FOM/SOM compliance, enable C2 and HIL interfaces, deploy containerized cloud units, develop MBSE/MS&A models, drive digital engineering/AI direction, and provide pre/post-event support and after-action assessment.
