Develops discriminative and generative AI/ML models supporting Department of Defense analytic missions. Collaborates with product owners and subject matter experts, designs model interfaces and metadata exchange through web applications, enables AI/ML services, and automates workforce access to large language models. The role also contributes to agile team workflows, tools, documentation, and technical problem-solving.

Develop and deploy agentic AI applications using ReadiChat, integrating agents, workflows, APIs, and enterprise services. Translate mission requirements into scalable AI solutions, create agent configurations and testing frameworks, troubleshoot performance issues, and support cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments. Collaborate with operational users, engineering, cybersecurity, and product teams while training customers and developing reusable templates and documentation. Apply software engineering, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure development practices.

Build, administer, test, and optimize virtual desktop infrastructure across Microsoft, AWS, and VMware platforms. Responsibilities include managing gold images, host pools, FSLogix profiles, application deployment, directory integration, streaming protocols, instant clones, storage, connection servers, auto-scaling, and hybrid extensions. The engineer will also collect performance metrics, establish user feedback loops, refine desktop templates, document procedures and designs, and support STIG and authorization documentation in regulated environments.
