Lead and mentor a technical product support team to ensure configuration, integration, and ongoing support of PrismHR, Salesforce, General Ledger, and Time & Attendance systems. Drive operational workflows, act as escalation for complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems, and oversee deployments and integrations to support internal teams and clients.

Process payroll for a dedicated client roster including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and deductions. Administer payroll, timekeeping, and online platforms; act as client point of contact to resolve payroll issues. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and advise clients as needed.

Analyze prospective and existing client benefit plans, provide pricing recommendations and strategic benefit design solutions, support sales with complex plan inquiries, educate clients on offerings, and collaborate with sales, underwriting partners, and internal teams to implement multi-state large-group benefits.
