Own automotive advertising sales across Nextdoor’s Central region by developing territory strategy, prospecting and closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building executive relationships with automotive brands and agencies. Manage the full sales cycle, maintain pipeline and forecasts, advise clients on full-funnel advertising solutions, create proposals, navigate enterprise buying processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns and revenue growth.

Analyze user growth, engagement, and revenue metrics; develop forecasts; build reporting and dashboard tools; identify trends and product opportunities; and present actionable insights to senior leaders. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, and analytics engineering teams to improve metrics, data quality, performance tracking, and product strategy. It also supports quarterly outlook processes and business operations while contributing to an AI-assisted workflow.

Analyze user growth, engagement, and revenue data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and guide product strategy. Lead forecasting for user growth and engagement, support performance management, create dashboards and reporting, and improve analytics foundations with data science, product, and engineering partners. Present findings to senior leadership and contribute to product initiatives, metric development, and business operations.
