Coordinates customer and partner audit and assurance requests across operational, risk, compliance, legal, engineering, security, facilities, and IT teams. Responsibilities include managing audit communications, coordinating visits and interviews, compiling evidence, maintaining records, tracking findings and corrective actions, preparing status reports, and ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, industry, and contractual requirements. The role also supports customer relationships, continuous improvement, and compliance culture within a data centre environment.

Leads category strategy, strategic sourcing, tendering, negotiation, supplier performance, and supply-chain risk management for data-centre mechanical, electrical, power, cooling, and fitout infrastructure. Oversees commercial frameworks, delivery assurance, cost intelligence, reporting, sustainability, regional supplier expansion, and customer-specific fitouts. Partners with engineering, construction, operations, legal, sales, and development teams while advancing AI-enabled procurement and automation.

Owns end-user computing operations and support, including hardware, virtual desktops, endpoint management, identity and access, software deployment, patching, security, collaboration technology, and stakeholder solutions. The role independently diagnoses technical issues, manages Microsoft endpoint platforms, supports meeting-room and digital-signage technology, and leads evaluation and rollout of new end-user technologies.
