Provides urgent care to patients of all ages while supervising and delegating prescriptive authority to Texas APPs. Responsibilities include clinical consultation, chart and quality review, APP coaching, documentation, compliance with Texas Medical Board requirements, and collaboration with medical and operational leadership. The role requires rotating shifts, occasional weekends and holidays, and strong urgent care procedural skills.

Part-time urgent care physician providing clinical care, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages, performing procedures, supervising up to seven APPs with prescriptive delegation, completing chart reviews, supporting escalated cases, and collaborating with leadership and compliance teams. Flexible scheduling, hourly pay, and monthly APP supervision stipend.
