Manage and coordinate art production for console/PC game development: track features and assets, plan milestones and sprints, mitigate risks, facilitate cross-discipline communication, improve workflows, and support team health to deliver high-quality results.

Build, operate, and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment infrastructure for game development. Create automation tools, dashboards, and scalable systems; collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to streamline workflows and improve game quality.

Support and improve in-house game content creation tools; develop desktop tooling using WPF/WinForms and C#/C++/Python; collaborate with users, iterate on solutions, and prioritize usability to enable game teams.

The Tech Producer will support technical development teams, facilitate collaboration, ensure project alignment, oversee production plans, and drive momentum to complete game features effectively.
