Lead development and execution of a data-driven profitability roadmap for P&C insurance portfolios. Partner with actuarial, product, claims, finance, and sales to monitor loss ratios, model portfolio dynamics, identify bottlenecks, escalate risks, and drive initiatives to meet profitability targets while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and communicating progress to executive leadership.

Own and grow commercial property and inland marine insurance products end-to-end: identify growth opportunities, develop business cases, lead product design and regulatory filings, launch enhancements, monitor performance, and partner cross-functionally with Actuarial, Engineering, Data Science, Claims, Legal, and Operations to drive profitable portfolio outcomes.
