Lead and unify ERGO NEXT's employer brand across channels and markets. Own messaging, visual identity guardrails, candidate-facing content, employee storytelling, and reputation tracking. Partner with People, Communications, and Marketing to produce reusable attraction content, support events/campus programs, and enable recruiters with measured, data-informed outreach.

Manage analysts and vendor relationships, oversee data budget, develop integration roadmap, and evaluate new data services including Proofs of Concept.

Handle complex commercial General Liability and casualty claims end-to-end: investigate, analyze coverage, manage litigation, set reserves, attend mediations/trials, communicate with stakeholders, refer fraud/subrogation, and provide guidance to adjusters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
