Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll consulting delivery, including solution design, configuration, implementations, integrations, compliance, troubleshooting, and optimization. Manage and mentor payroll consultants, oversee client engagements, advise stakeholders, support proposals and estimates, and partner with managed payroll services teams. Ensure payroll technology solutions meet business requirements, regulatory obligations, data integrity, and SAP best practices across implementation and support initiatives.

Support procurement, contract management, vendor engagement, and IT financial operations using PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and Beeline. Create requisitions, monitor licenses and renewals, track expenditures, assist onboarding, perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Develop and support integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud Applications using OIC, SOAP, REST, and other technologies while ensuring system functionality and troubleshooting issues.
