The role focuses on timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll, and related HCM processes while developing functional consulting expertise.

Lead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of WorkForce Software solutions for time, attendance, absence management, and scheduling. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable designs, integrate WFS with ERP, payroll, and HRIS systems, oversee time-clock deployments, guide implementation teams, lead testing and go-live readiness, and maintain technical documentation. Advise organizations on workforce management best practices, compliance, product updates, and global labor requirements.
