Supports U.S. employees and manages core HR operations, including payroll and benefits coordination, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS updates, immigration and visa coordination, employee relations guidance, and engagement initiatives. Partners with PEOs, external providers, immigration counsel, employees, and managers while helping improve HR processes and employee experience across multiple entities.

Configure, support, test, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions for clients. Gather requirements, document configurations and processes, troubleshoot issues, support deployments and post-go-live activities, and contribute to recruiting technology transformation initiatives. The consultant will primarily focus on Recruiting Management while assisting with Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding, collaborating with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders. Experience with SmartRecruiters and other recruiting platforms is preferred.

Process regular, off-cycle, bonus, and adjustment payrolls for multiple clients using SAP ECP and Payroll Control Center. Validate results, reconcile payrolls, resolve exceptions, manage employee data changes, support year-end activities, maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate payroll calendars, respond to inquiries, document processes, and assist with testing and system updates.
