Build and deepen relationships with financial advisors across wirehouse, independent broker/dealer, and RIA channels. Promote NexPoint funds and registered investment products through calls, emails, meetings, and sales presentations. Create portfolio and mutual fund analyses using Zephyr and Morningstar, support territory management, provide advisor resources, and collaborate on cross-departmental projects. The role requires Series 7 and 63 licenses, strong communication skills, financial knowledge, and limited travel.

Supports shareholder services and 1031 Exchange operations for financial advisors and distribution partners. Reviews subscription documents, coordinates exchange closings, reconciles transactions and fund activity with internal teams and third-party vendors, resolves operational issues, and improves procedures and workflows. The role also manages cross-functional projects involving distribution, accounting, marketing, legal, compliance, and external partners while providing phone and account-related support.

Create branded digital and print graphics, executive presentations, web layouts, social media assets, advertisements, event collateral, and video enhancements. Maintain consistent visual identities across corporate entities and product lines while updating WordPress content and supporting SEO and analytics initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, National Accounts, and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions and manage multiple projects across competing priorities.
