Improve processes, enable sales through reporting and materials, and support product launches, conferences, and strategic initiatives.

Design, analyze, and optimize compounding and manufacturing workflows for sterile and non-sterile operations. Create process maps, capacity models, and standard work; ensure USP/GMP compliance; identify and mitigate bottlenecks and risks; support equipment selection, layout, validation, and scale-up; lead continuous improvement and cross-functional process change efforts.

Serve as the fund accounting technical lead: research and interpret U.S. GAAP, draft audit-ready memos, implement new standards, support period-end reporting and audits, strengthen policies and controls, drive process automation, and mentor accounting staff.
