The Product Development Engineer will lead product development for power MOSFETs focusing on design, data analysis, and stakeholder communication within the R&D sector.

Lead the electrical verification strategy and coordinate the test methodologies for GaN devices, collaborating with engineers to develop effective test solutions.

Serve as primary SCM liaison to external foundry partners, manage escalations, safeguard and automate supply chain processes, align capacity and RFF targets, lead S&OP and KPI reviews, drive supplier performance improvements, and improve contractual terms to ensure supply stability and customer satisfaction.
