Lead selection and implementation of ESD protection for ICs, design and layout robust I/O circuits, develop and prototype ESD components in CMOS/BCD, perform SPICE simulations and TLP measurements, drive failure analysis and cross-functional validation to ensure silicon meets ESD specs.

Sustain and improve semiconductor test equipment reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, performance monitoring, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement projects to support production and quality goals.

Provide technical leadership for MOSFET-based power protection, distribution and conversion solutions across AI infrastructure, telecom and industrial markets. Design, debug and validate high-current circuits; produce reference designs, demo boards, simulations and testbenches; liaise with customers, field teams and product managers to influence roadmaps and support new business; represent Nexperia in customer meetings, trainings and industry activities.
