Leads semiconductor front-end process transfers to external foundries, process qualification, production ramp-up, yield improvement, and continuous process optimization. Performs SPC, DOE, capability and failure-mode analyses, root-cause investigations, and excursion control. Collaborates with product engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve yield and quality issues, optimize process parameters, and improve quality, cycle time, and manufacturing performance.

Supports product-group financial management through performance monitoring, monthly reporting, forecasting, long-term planning, business-case review, cost transparency, and variance analysis. The role maintains financial governance and controls, improves finance data quality and automation, and supports operational investment decisions. It also provides backup for controlling activities and ad hoc financial analysis.

Develop and maintain compact semiconductor device models for power MOSFET and emerging power technologies. Perform device simulations, parameter extraction, calibration, validation, and correlation with silicon characterization data. Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams on process generations, device architectures, reliability, design enablement, and performance optimization. Develop modelling automation frameworks, analyze switching and loss behavior, mentor junior engineers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to publications and patents.
