Supports Nexperia’s IP strategy through patent searches, competitive portfolio analysis, IP landscapes, Freedom-to-Operate assessments, and recommendations for R&D and business groups. The role identifies patent risks, innovation opportunities, design-around strategies, and potential partners while supporting patent applications and office-action responses. It collaborates with technical, legal, and business stakeholders and prepares clear IP reports and training.

Manage and enhance LMS and eLearning platforms, including integrations with SAP and Workday, course deployment, user access, workflows, reporting, and performance optimization. Coordinate training delivery, support instructors and end users, ensure compliance and data accuracy, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders on system availability, security, and continuous improvement.

Drives go-to-market execution for Nexperia’s analog semiconductor portfolio by creating technical launch collateral, sales enablement materials, digital content, webinars, and competitive positioning. Partners with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, distributors, and customers to translate product performance into market messaging, support design wins, maintain sales portals and web content, and provide customer and competitive insights for portfolio and roadmap decisions.
