Lead end-to-end product analytics: design tracking, build and maintain pipelines and dashboards, ensure data quality, partner with Product and Engineering to deliver actionable insights and instrumentation.

Serve as the technical counterpart for enterprise customers by conducting discovery, designing solutions, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept, supporting integrations and onboarding, and communicating product feedback to Engineering. The role requires API and integration expertise, AI/ML exposure, systems thinking, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Occasional travel for customer sessions or events is required.

Own the nexos.ai Gateway product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization. Translate customer and business needs into requirements, drive the roadmap, review technical solutions, coordinate releases, remove delivery blockers, and identify opportunities from AI trends including LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems. Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive AI infrastructure tools for enterprise users.
