Evaluate and correct Simplified Chinese localized game content, perform in-game LQA testing, triage and fix localization bugs, post-edit machine translations, maintain terminology and style guides, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure culturally appropriate, accurate player-facing text across live releases.

Provide native-level Simplified Chinese player support for escalated (T2+) tickets, investigate banned accounts with InfoSec, review outsourced tickets, translate and maintain support documentation, coordinate with internal and external partners, report player feedback and issues to Production, and test/request live-ops tool updates to improve player satisfaction.

Edit and culturalize in-game text and voiceover scripts for western audiences; maintain localization documentation (style guides, termbase, story bibles); track and coordinate copy-editing progress; fix in-game text bugs; participate in style discussions and QA; occasionally localize VO and attend voice sessions.
