Operate and improve large-scale game services: troubleshoot system and network issues, automate remediation, improve availability and performance, respond to alerts and incidents, perform maintenance and on-call duties, and produce documentation.

Support live game operations by coordinating teams (QA, Community, Player Support), tracking schedules, assisting with updates and maintenance, monitoring basic game health metrics, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of live service tasks.

Manage roadmap, milestone schedules, and Jira workflows for Global MapleStory Classic World. Produce status and risk reports, facilitate meetings with internal and external partners, allocate resources, escalate and resolve issues, and maintain team alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
