Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements with banks, payment providers, investment firms, vendors, and other regulated partners. Advises on US and international licensing, financial regulations, product launches, and regulatory changes. Partners with Compliance, Business, Product, external counsel, and regulators; develops legal templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows; handles cross-jurisdictional legal matters and supports junior team members.

Advise managers and employees on performance, employee relations, coaching, career development, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with senior leaders on team structure, compensation, and HR programs. Design leadership, learning, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations. Support retention, engagement, culture, and business performance in a fast-changing environment.

Manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, service networking, observability, and event-driven systems. Build automation with Bash, Python, and Groovy while implementing security scanning, SLOs, and platform self-service. The role also expects practical use of AI tools and understanding of LLM architectures.
