Lead the architecture, roadmap, reliability, and development of Nexla’s high-throughput connector layer supporting thousands of integrations. Spend approximately 80% of the role designing and coding backend systems and 20% hiring, mentoring, and managing four to six engineers. Own technical decisions, production reliability, on-call practices, design reviews, and collaboration with product and customer-facing teams.
