The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, focusing on senior-level hires, improving hiring strategies, and enhancing candidate experience.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and executives to build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and forecasts. Analyze GTM performance, unit economics, and variances; drive monthly/quarterly close insights. Improve financial processes and reporting infrastructure. Support end-to-end M&A and fundraising workstreams, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and investor materials.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build scalable backend systems, manage EHR integrations, and drive improvements for growth. You'll ensure quality and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
