Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and operating rhythms. Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, compensation, market insights, and hiring best practices. Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to improve hiring speed and quality while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Own NexHealth’s demand generation pipeline, forecasting, channel strategy, ABM program, events, marketing operations, and data integrity. Lead SMB, enterprise, and developer-focused motions; manage agencies and a growing team; optimize channel investment; build finance-ready models; and align Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership around measurable pipeline outcomes.

Own the month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll accounting, equity accounting, audit readiness, and offshore team leadership. Build automation and AI agents for accounting workflows, develop reporting in Sigma, and partner with Data Science on Snowflake-based finance data infrastructure. The role requires strong internal controls, technical accounting judgment, SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with NetSuite and related finance platforms.
