Serve as a techno-functional solution partner for Oracle EBS Sourcing and Supplier Qualification processes. Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, recommend solutions, prepare functional specifications and process flows, and coordinate functional and technical teams. Support testing, issue resolution, user validation, implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support while improving process efficiency and solution quality.

Manage daily finance operations for India and US entities, including client billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. The role requires hands-on expertise with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets, along with knowledge of Indian tax regulations, cross-border transactions, foreign remittances, inter-company accounting, and US GAAP/IFRS. The position is onsite in India with evening working hours aligned to US Central Time.

Leads NexGenTek India’s day-to-day operations across recruitment, HR, finance coordination, administration, compliance, client operations, and business support. Develops operational strategies, improves processes, manages cross-functional teams, oversees recruitment delivery and statutory compliance, coordinates budgets and vendors, supports client service, drives automation, and prepares executive KPI and risk reports. The role is hybrid in Gurgaon with occasional domestic and international travel.

Manage enterprise IT support and infrastructure across network security, VPNs, firewalls, endpoints, cloud platforms, operating systems, collaboration tools, and IT assets. Provide user account administration, onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting, patch management, procurement, inventory tracking, documentation, and platform administration for Azure, AWS, RingCentral, and Office 365. Ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented IT operations for a global organization.
