Leads product strategy, market positioning, UX/UI design, and Agile or Waterfall project execution for a SaaS virtual workplace product. Responsibilities include defining go-to-market plans, conducting user research, creating prototypes, writing epics and user stories, managing sprints, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing engagement and usability metrics, and continuously improving product experience.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365, Zoho, Atlassian, CCaaS, endpoint, identity, and SaaS environments. Administer devices, service desk workflows, SLAs, monitoring dashboards, integrations, and support processes. Provide internal and platform technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document procedures, assist with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, and participate in rotating on-call coverage. Collaborate with operations, customer support, and engineering teams in an agile startup environment.

Own NexGen’s B2B SaaS content strategy and execution across SEO, GEO, written content, video, social, webinars, and thought leadership. Manage the editorial calendar, brand voice, content distribution, repurposing, and performance measurement. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on enablement and customer marketing content, using analytics and AI to improve outcomes. Produce content independently in a fully remote environment.
