Manages customer relationships and retention for an assigned regional account base. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing accurate orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining vendor pricing, updating customers, delegating requests, and conducting proactive sales outreach for upselling and cross-selling. The role is full-time and office-based, with customer service, order management, and sales responsibilities.

Serves as the company’s first point of contact by greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, deliveries, conference rooms, supplies, invoices, shipments, and clerical tasks. Maintains office organization and access procedures, coordinates vendors and catering, manages Freshservice ticket timelines, and provides backup support to Credit & Collections. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, punctuality, and basic office technology skills.

Supervise high-risk credit portfolio activity, including payment plans, promissory notes, broken promises, NSF activity, and Watch List accounts. Conduct proactive outreach, assess payment behavior, recommend mitigation strategies, enforce credit policy, maintain audit-ready documentation, and prepare risk reports. The role also supports cross-functional action plans, escalates concerns, backs up credit department staff, and directly manages a team.
