Manage post-close construction and tax equity financing operations, including tranche funding, conditions precedent tracking, closing coordination, investor deliverables, documentation, reporting, and compliance support. Lead Finance Operations Specialists, establish governance and quality standards, improve SOPs and playbooks, and coordinate with Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, investors, and counsel to keep financing milestones on schedule.
