Own HubSpot as the enterprise CRM platform across six business units, including data architecture, permissions, workflows, integrations, data quality, reporting, user enablement, and vendor coordination. Monitor ERP-to-CRM data flows, troubleshoot API and synchronization issues, maintain automation, administer sales, service, and marketing operations, and enforce governance and change control. Support acquisition onboarding and deliver executive reporting, adoption programs, and ongoing platform improvements.

Owns benefits and retirement plan administration across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Manages open enrollment, plan testing, audits, filings, compliance, employee education, PTO policies, leave and workers’ compensation support, unemployment claims, reporting, and benefits cost management. Supports compensation benchmarking and analysis while configuring HRIS and benefits platforms, building reports, optimizing AI tools, and partnering with vendors and HR stakeholders.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, generate automotive parts sales, complete orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and meet sales quotas. Build and maintain installer accounts, conduct prospecting, use CRM data to identify opportunities, provide parts expertise and troubleshooting support, source unavailable products through vendors, and collaborate with branch managers and outside sales representatives to grow revenue.
