Administers and improves health, welfare, retirement, leave, workers’ compensation, unemployment, PTO, and compensation programs across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Ensures regulatory compliance, manages vendors and complex cases, supports enrollments and employee education, analyzes benefits data, prepares reports, and develops scalable processes. Partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Leads sales, revenue growth, EBITDA, customer relationships, and strategic business planning for the Pro-King Division. Oversees retail vendor compliance, contracts, product data, inventory, kitting, warehousing, distribution, and customer service. Partners cross-functionally to improve fill rates, delivery, POS performance, and operational efficiency while managing P&L, KPIs, team leadership, and retailer relationships.

Owns ADP Workforce Now configuration, integrations, reporting, and HR data integrity across a multi-state, multi-country workforce. Supports compensation programs, merit and bonus cycles, benefits, 401(k), compliance audits, open enrollment, reporting, and process automation. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to resolve data issues, maintain documentation, improve processes, and deliver accurate compensation and benefits operations.
