Monitor federal and state regulatory compliance, lead investigations, resolve non-compliant matters, chair compliance committees, and advise senior leadership. The role develops risk assessments, monitoring strategies, continuous-improvement initiatives, executive reports, and data-driven compliance processes while promoting patient privacy awareness and effective technology adoption.

Oversee a specialized cytogenetics laboratory team delivering chromosome analysis, FISH, molecular cytogenetic, and genomic testing for oncologic, prenatal, and constitutional cases. Lead laboratory operations, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with geneticists, pathologists, oncologists, and clinical teams. Ensure regulatory and supervisory compliance, support patient care and research initiatives, and manage laboratory systems, staffing, and emergency operations.
