Own a merchant-acquisition initiative for a home services platform, including market and territory research, self-sourced outreach, pipeline development, negotiation, onboarding, conversion analysis, business case creation, and weekly reporting. The intern will engage local service providers, track outreach metrics, develop partnership proposals, and present recommendations to leadership. This is a remote, outcome-focused internship requiring independent execution, quantitative analysis, and confident communication.

Researches local home service businesses, conducts multi-channel outreach, onboards merchants, maintains partnership pipelines, helps create sales materials, gathers feedback, and tracks outreach and conversion metrics. This part-time remote internship includes occasional local fieldwork and focuses on expanding Nearby.ai’s merchant network.

Own and scale NewsBreak’s end-to-end talent acquisition function, including hiring strategy, recruiting team leadership, executive searches, employer branding, candidate experience, recruiting operations, systems, metrics, and cross-border talent pipelines. Partner with the CEO, executives, People/HR, and Finance on workforce planning, organizational design, leveling, compensation, and offer strategy. Recruit senior technical talent across engineering, AI/ML, product, and business functions.
